So really, I should be packing today, but I’m in such a good mood that I’d rather do something proactive. I’m a long way from reaching my fitness and weightloss goals but I’ll never get there by sayinh “oh, I’ll do it tomorrow” because you never really do. I started my day with an awesome fruit salad and now I’m going to go work butt off. Hope you guys are staying healthy! X
A new week means a new start for all those of you lamenting the fact that its Monday! I want to see some excitement filling my dashboard today. Did you go for a run? climb a mountain? Eat nothing but healthy food? maybe you went to uni to study or went job hunting, these things are the beginning of a chance to turn your life around, never underestimate yourself xx
I had my measurements taken at the gym so as soon as I can get my hands on them, I will post them here!
My check in date is in 5 weeks, can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make by then :D :D
Weight: 81.4 (I know, it scared me too until I realised some of that is new muscle, and considering I haven’t been eating amazingly healthy it wouldn’t have made a big difference in my overall weight even with the exercise… he he he. Starting afresh monday!)
Height: 172, thats right, not 173 dammit, thought I was taller :(
Build: medium (a personal trainer can tell you this, it makes a difference in what your goal/ideal weight should be)
Goal Weight: 65, this might even be too low, it’s a big number but I have dense bones like my father which I can’t change so learned to stop hating and just deal :)
Okay, so things I need to work on!
Water intake, currently about 2 cups a day :s need to up it to 8 MINIMUM
Diet!!!! No more fatty maccas food, which is difficult because we’re moving houses atm so we don’t have a lot of groceries in the pantry. Well, we’ll see how I go :)
I am SO ready for next week!!

I think it’s possibly the greatest decision I’ve ever made!
The best start to losing weight is realising what kind of person you are… I thought I could be self-motivated to exercise…. wow what a mistake.
I am so so lazy it’s actually ridiculous, so I joined a gym, one where someone I knew goes who is also trying to get in shape, and have been 4 times this week!!!
for an hour each session!
I’ve never been this active in my entire life, not even when I was skinny.
Next hurdle to overcome… diet -_-
